This sizzle reel is a combination of videos I made for VICE China and the NBA. This short form documentary series was called "NBA Mitan" and it was a sports, travel and culture show where basketball players would visit China during the off-season and connect with their Asian fans.

Having spent some time in Golden Gloves boxing gym in Shanghai, I wanted to make a small video about how rhythm and sports are intrinsically linked.
